  -  Please bring a t-shirt and loose long pants to your first session.
  -  Your should any meal at least an hour before your session and avoid heavy
exercise on the day of a session.
  -  Try to plan your day so that you don't have to rush to get to your session.
This will help the work to be more effective.
  -  Try as well, if you can, not to schedule anything too demanding after your
session, especially if you've been carrying a lot of tension for awhile, as your
body/system may need some rest to integrate the work.
  -  Please plan to arrive to your session at the appointment time.  My office does
not have a waiting room, so please avoid arriving early if you can (there are
plenty of great local shops where you can stay warm); and give a call to let
me know if you're running late.
  -  Parking is generally available within a block of the office at muni-meters.  I'm
happy to feed the meter during your session (please bring extra quarters).
